Additions:
If the launcher fails to reach the usual height and seems underpowered, it is usually due to inadequate trigger airflow. See
CsvHonks.
The main valve may leak if bits of PVC get into the main valve seat. This generally happens when bits of PVC left over from the tapping operation on the pressure chamber find their way into the valve. See
CsvValveCleaning. If it occurs repeatedly see
CsvTankCleaning.

Dropping the Launcher on a hard surface can cause the PVC to fracture, especially at low temperature. In many cases this can be repaired. See

If the Launcher makes a resonant sound when fired, it is (most likely) due to inadequate trigger airflow. See

Deletions:
This is due to inadequate trigger flow. With some of the air dusters the valve has been turned in too far and the flow is reduced. A simple fix is to loosen the hex nut around the trigger valve plunger (the trigger presses this in). Loosen it 1/2 to 1 turn. There is an O ring seal, so the valve should not leak. The honking should stop and the launcher performance improve.
Try loosening the trigger nut as described in "Launcher Honks" above.
