Additions:
If neither of the above techniques solves the problem the trigger valve must be serviced or replaced. See the ContactUs page to make arrangements.

Additions:
If the Launcher Honks, or has low performance this is (most likely) due to inadequate trigger airflow. With some of the air dusters the valve has been turned in too far and the flow is reduced. A simple fix is to loosen the hex nut around the trigger valve plunger (the trigger presses this in). Loosen it 1/2 to 1 turn. There is an O ring seal, so the valve should not leak. The honking should stop and the launcher performance improve. If the valve is loosened too far it may leak.

Additions:
Launcher Trigger Airflow Problems
Another possible cause of low trigger airflow is the air duster outlet nozzle. There are short and long outlet nozzles available for the duster. For best airflow neither of these should be installed. The outlet of the air duster should be a large threaded opening, about 1/4" in diameter. The amount of air that flows out of this opening is small, but it needs to get out quickly.

Launcher has Low Performance
Try loosening the trigger nut as described in "Launcher Honks" above.
Main Valve Leaks
The main valve may leak if bits of PVC get into the diaphragm. This generally happens when bits of PVC left over from the tapping operation on the pressure chamber find their way into the valve. See CsvValveCleaning.
Pressure Safety Valve Leaks
The Pressure Safety Valve can leak if bits of PVC get into the valve seat. See PsvCleaning.
Pressure Safety Valve Releases at Low Pressure
The Pressure Safety Valves come preset at 100 psi from the vendor. They can be readily adjusted slightly if needed. See PsvAdjustment.
CSV Launcher Broken
Dropping the Launcher on a hard surface can cause the PVC to fracture, especially at low temperature. In many cases this can be repaired. See CsvBroken.

CSV Launcher Troubleshooting

Launcher Honks

This is due to inadequate trigger flow.
