Blue Barrels

Thursday, March 22nd, 2007

The Blue Fusion paint on the barrels is working out well, and it does not interact with the packing materials. This weekend we’re going to make up a batch of kits and get orders rolling again, now that we have the barrel shortage solved.

Thanks for your patience,

CSV17 Does the Job

Thursday, February 15th, 2007

We have switched over to the CSV17 launcher for just about all our field use. It is smaller and lighter and it reaches to 160 feet or more. This seems to be more than enough for most purposes. The 3″ joints are a bit easier to cement than the 4″ joints, and the CSV17 fits into a much smaller container for storage and transportation. It is also lighter and uses less energy per launch, and allows the option of using 12 gram CO2 cylinders and a bicycle tire adapter for launch power.

Pacificon Notes

Sunday, October 15th, 2006

We’re back from the Pacificon convention. We had a good turnout at the presentation there, and lots of folks talked to us at our corner of the wife’s Cookie Lee table. Thanks for all the good comments and suggestions. We had a good show and there was a lot of new interest. We also have a couple of new speaking invitations to local clubs.

The next event on the calendar right now is the River City ARC meeting on wednesday the 8th of November. They usually have meetings on tuesday night, but this one is on wednesday.

Now we will work on the backlog of orders. Three are ready to go out, but there are several more in the queue to start on, and we’ve heard that we need to bring some to the meeting Nov. 8.

Perhaps we’ll see you there!
