New Year

Saturday, January 10th, 2009

Last year ended with a lot of orders, we are just about through the last of them now. Thanks for your patience.

We have experienced some intermittent website problems, if you have trouble getting off this front page drop us an email via sales at akbeng dot com and we can fix it. We are working with the vendor to fix the problem more permanently.

We have decided not to raise prices at the start of the year even though costs have risen. We may make adjustments later.

One customer’s launcher broke when it fell on a hard surface. Broken launchers can usually be repaired. There is a “Socket Saver” tool that allows the broken pipe to be drilled out of the socket and a new one cemented in its place. These tools pilot on the inner diameter of the pipe. Make certain to purchase the proper size. The tools are about $25 at well stocked plumbing suppliers.

Holiday Season

Sunday, December 14th, 2008

We’ve been pushing to complete orders and ship launchers and kits, and to reduce the order delay time. Lots of parts have arrived and many orders are shipping out. Thanks for your support and patience. Safe Launching and have a great holiday.

Trigger Strut Video

Saturday, November 29th, 2008

New – a video showing how to add a trigger strut to the CSV launcher to keep the trigger from moving. The trigger assembly is threaded into the valve top, and when bumped may move on the threads. This strut holds the trigger in place.
