Product Information

This spool is designed to handle the yellow twine used for the second stage pull, or to hold modest wire antennas and be rewound with a battery drill. It has a hex stud that fits into the drill chuck. This catalog item includes the small spool, the hardware and a 275 foot spool of twine, approximately 140 pound test. Some assembly required.

To Assemble first clear out the thin layer of plastic from the central hole with a drill bit or hex wrench. Place a washer on the screw and put through the hole from the deeper tunneled side, then add a washer and the stud on the shallow side where the drill chuck can reach it. Tighten moderately. Wind the twine onto the spool with the drill turning in the clockwise direction to tighten the hex stud. Avoid placing too much tension on the line as this may damage the reel.
