This barrel is the proper inside diameter for tennis balls, and fits 2-1/2" PVC fittings. This special material is thinner and lighter than schedule 40 PVC pipe (which is a very tight fit for tennis balls). Tennis balls slide very nicely in this barrel material. 16" in length for CSV19 launchers. This is the barrel material we ship with all our launchers, this item is for those constructing their own launchers from scratch.
